The rules of the road for using this site. Last updated September 2026.
Lehigh Valley General Contractor is a directory and planning resource for homeowners. We are not a contractor, we do not perform construction work, and we do not act as an agent for any contractor.
The multi-trade estimator produces rough budget ballparks for planning purposes only. They are not bids, offers, or guarantees of price. Always obtain itemized written bids from contractors before committing to work.
Directory profiles are provided by the businesses themselves. Sample placeholder profiles are clearly labeled. We verify listings at launch but cannot guarantee the accuracy of every detail; always confirm licensing, insurance, and references directly with any contractor you consider hiring.
Submitting a project request authorizes us to share your contact and project details with relevant local contractors so they can respond. Submitting a request creates no obligation to hire anyone.
Do not submit false project requests, spam the forms, or attempt to disrupt the site. We may block abusive use.
We are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor and are not liable for the quality, timeliness, or cost of any work performed. Use of the site is at your own risk, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
